Convenient location, clean, comfortable, quiet room, helpful and friendly staff, many nearby restaurants.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the value for money is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering all the amenities that are provided. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms - they are well equipped with everything you could need, including your own washing machine. This was a huge convenience for me as it allowed me to catch up with my laundry. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and provided top-notch service. Lastly, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is conveniently situated right next to Shinjuku Sanchome subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also near the 0101 cinema, which is a great landmark for finding your way back. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The room was well-designed and had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and a modern Japanese toilet. The location was convenient with many restaurant options nearby. we enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay.

We greatly appreciated the hotel's location, as it was very near a metro station. This allowed us to easily visit any area in the city we desired. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. We also found the cleanliness of the hotel to be excellent, as well as the facilities provided.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. It is conveniently located on a subway line, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and even have washing machines, allowing guests to do their laundry. Additionally, the hotel offers a breakfast option for convenience.

I had a fantastic short stay at this hotel in Shinjuku. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with multiple subway stations and plenty of restaurants within a block. The room, although small, was well-designed and had a spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi worked well. a great base for sightseeing in Tokyo.

During my recent business trip, I found two standout aspects of my stay at the hotel. the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the subway and main train station. This made it a breeze to navigate the city and explore different areas. Secondly, the staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests or questions. Their warm welcome and helpfulness made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. Additionally, the complimentary coffee provided in the lobby was a nice touch that I appreciated.

My recent stay at Tokyu Stay was exceptional. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station and nearby attractions like Hanazono Jinja Shrine and Shinjuku Gyoen Park. The room was small yet comfortable and had everything I needed, including a washer/dryer. The breakfast buffet was amazing, definitely worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tokyo.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway that will take you anywhere you want to go in the city. Additionally, there is an Ichiran outlet nearby, which is a great option for breakfast. The hotel is also very close to the train station, making it easy to explore other parts of Tokyo.

The daily room service only includes changing towels and sleeping robes, and the sheets are only changed every 6 days.

It was all superb.

Our recent stay was conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The room had useful amenities, such as a microwave and washing machine. The bathroom was adequate and came with complimentary toiletries. The staff were friendly and offered assistance during our stay. there were plenty of dining options nearby.

While the staff was friendly, they did not provide adequate information during the typhoon and did not clean our room frequently enough during our lengthy stay.
